Subscribe & Save FAQ
The Door County Coffee Subscribe and Save program allows you to have your coffee of choice delivered to you on the schedule you determine! Never go a day without your favorite coffee again with an auto delivery that will keep you stocked and save you a little money too!! Yes, all Subscribe and Save orders will include 15% off every single coffee subscription shipment AND minimum Free Shipping of just $49!
- Choose SUBSCRIBE & SAVE on the products of your choice
- Select the frequency of how often you would like to receive that particular coffee.
- Enjoy the savings and the convenience of your favorite coffees delivered to your doorstep.
That’s right, you can change or cancel your coffee subscriptions at any time!
- Simply login to your Account and click on My Subscriptions.
- Select the coffee subscription you would like to change.
- Here you can update your payment information, pause, cancel or get your next coffee shipment right away, add additional products (under shop now for more items) and change the frequency of your shipments.
You can also cancel an entire Subscribe & Save order right in the My Subscription section when you are logged in.
All coffee deliveries will ship based on your selected delivery frequency (i.e. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc) and will start the day you place your first subscription order. Plus, all shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS and will arrive within 2 to 5 days once they leave our roasting facility in Door County, Wisconsin.
If your order ship date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
If your subscription order is more than $49 per shipment, there will be NO shipping charge. All other orders will include the standard shipping charges.
- Gift Cards cannot be used as payment for subscription orders.
- Promo Codes cannot be applied to any Subscribe & Save orders.
